Music for very deep meditation with
Tibetan chanting and alpha waves
IMPORTANT NOTE!
These alpha wave soundscapes with Tibetan chanting are
the most
efficient meditation tracks
on Music4meditation.com
The soundscapes in this series are so powerful that it is not advisable to
use
it in
your first sessions. It is better to begin your relaxation
journey
with some of the other
alpha tracks or the
relaxation tracks.
After some time,
when you
are more familiar with the
with the
relaxing and healing processes
in relation with
the
alpha waves
you can go to
the next level with this category.
These soundscapes are some of the most efficient catalysts
for deep meditation
available on the market. But this music requires that you
surrender totally in order to
make you go deep in your meditation. If somehow you are not
able to do this these
tracks are not for you. Then they can induce fear or other
unpleasant feelings.
If you are not meant for these soundscapes you might still be a great meditator!
●
The tracks in this category may due to its very powerful enhancing
alpha techniques not be recommended for people with
epilepsy.

Alpha
Monks
The energy of Alpha Monks is
continuously growing
in intensity during the whole length of the track. So what
you hear in the small free
sample is just the
beginning of a much more
intense journey.
Welcome to the paradox of relaxation and adventure!
When Tibetan Monks chant, they produce alpha waves.
In this track the recording of the chanting Tibetan Monks is
digitally processed in such a way that the natural occurring
alpha waves in their chant is enhanced substantially. Deep low
frequency alpha waves are then added in coherent harmony
with the natural occurring but enhanced alpha waves. The natural over
tones made by the monks chant are also amplified
so that
they become a distinct part of the soundscape. On
top of this oceanic symphony
the high frequent and healing
sounds of Tibetan bells make their entry.

Monks In Moonlight
Monks in Moonlight is a soundspace that will
reverberate
deep within the soul. The music will take you to a kind of
plateau
where you
can dwell in peace and ease. Anywhere in the soundscape
you can stop and relax. You are free from the search of a
future paradise -
and yet there is a movement in time, celebrating the fact
that you don't have to go anywhere.
This is for me true meditation:
time free “innerstanding” in joyous ease.

Nirvanian Monks
The almost
terrifying depths of the galactic chanting in this track
requires an absolute surrender from the listeners side. It
is like in an old spiritual Indian
exercise. The practice is to jump into a powerful whirlpool
in a big lake. The whirl stream will take the spiritual
student down to the bottom of the lake.
If he surrenders completely and do not fight the stream,
the stream itself will take him to the surface again.
If he resist the forces of nature he will be held at the
bottom of the lake.
When Gods true power - what the Indian sages has called the
Kundalini power
flows through your body, there is no place for anything else
than complete surrender.
So you do not need to find a lake to with a whirl stream.
Just put on your headphones and enjoy!

Violin and Chanting
Monks
This
track seeks to combine the knowledge of the heart
with the 'emptiness' of the chanting Monks.
Here you can say:
My heart says I am everything
My mind says I am nothing.
When only
honesty remains
Flowing through the air
each frequency
undresses me
I am naked
into the soul
the music
makes me transparent
Remaining is honesty itself
in its simplest ugliness and beauty
fragile and strong
in
embrace

Ocean of Alpha Waves
This piece of soft Alpha Wave Music is made with an echo
technique that can be
described metaphorically as waves on
an ocean.
It has a very soothing effect.
In the oceanic vastness of the echoing sound waves you will
hear
a discrete
mono-tone flute note shifting rapidly from left to right in
the sound picture.
This constant 7HZ
vibrating flute note is the read thread in
this composition.
The alpha note is the path finder in the journey to perceive
Chaos as Cosmos.

Alpha River
Heart full
Alpha music
with a simple adagio melody played by a piano.
The background sound tapestry is infused with fast and
energetic alpha waves.
In the world of rhythms fast is equivalent to slow. That is
why the adagio piano
and the allegro background sound tapestry is going well
together. This contradiction
is metaphorically mirroring a possible new way of behavior
in the fast pace modern
world we live in: You can go slow while running fast.
Let us slow down faster.

Power Alpha
Body energizing

Soundscape
The Power Alpha is
creating flow of energy both in body & brain.
Suggestion how to use this track:
To get maximum effect in this track: don't move your body.
Let it be like a stone during the whole session.
Then the music will allow you to sink deeper
into the energy-system of the
body-mind.
Deep healing will be the result.

Music
for deep healing with Tibetan bells
In the recording of both High and Deep Tibetan Bells the emphasis is put on the
bells'
unique ability to produce "unclean" sounds. The bells' inborn
tendency to produce
interferential, almost distorted soundscapes are
maybe their most important quality!
This allows a release of the
powerful energies from our subconscious mind.
These energies are normally dwelling in the deeper energy layers of
the body.
The enhancing of the beautiful 'unclean' sounds of the bells makes it
possible for
these archaic energy structures to enter the
consciousness and thus be transformed into healing energy or
energy used for meditation.

High Tibetan Bells
The High Tibetan Bells is a very powerful healing
soundscape. Due to the prevalence of
high frequent subsonic sounds and absence of low frequencies
the spontaneous
awareness of the body will go "higher". The anchoring in the
body awareness will
tend to be less. This is the right track when you want you
want to
explore and heal the realm of dreams, fantasy and spirit.
This soundscape is so powerful that it is not advisable to
use it in your first sessions with
music from this site. It is better to begin your relaxation
journey with some of the other
alpha tracks or the
relaxation tracks.
After some time, when you are more familiar with the
with the
relaxing and healing processes in relation with the
alpha waves
you can go to

Deep Tibetan Bells
Deep Tibetan Bells will normally activate the "lower"
parts of the body's energy system.
It will allow you to get a deeper "innnerstanding" and "underfeeling"
of the secret life of
your body. It is a good idea to center your breathing in the
stomach in the beginning of this session. Breathe deep in
and out of your stomach and
feel the inner sensations
arise from
here. Then when it feel right you just let go and let the
intelligence of your body take over.
In the recording of Tibetan Bells the emphasis is put on the the bells'
unique
ability to produce "unclean" sounds. The bells' inborn
tendency to produce
interferential, almost distorted soundscapes are
maybe their most important quality!
This allows a release of the
powerful energies from our subconscious mind.

Blue Mountain Whales
This track grew organically out
of a listening to a CD with scientific sound
recordings
of Barde Whales. The striking revelation
was that the singing of the whales
actually could be interpreted as blues music. The whales
are, like it is in the case of
blues music, singing in the minor pentatonic scale. They
even make something similar
to the
"bended" blue notes on the minor third and the
flatted fifth intervals.
Somehow the singing of the whales also have an extraordinary
soothing effect.
It is like the apparent blue feeling one seems to
recognize in their voices has a strong
element of true catharsis.
But judge for your self...
On this track the lead singing is done by living Whales!
They are accompanied by acoustic blues guitars and chanting
Tibetan monks.
A true piece of new age world music...

Aum Flute Meditations
This track is meant as a
contribution to the New Age Music spice up with Indian
flavors.
The flute used on the track is an Indian bamboo flute. This
type of flute is very rich
in harmonic overtones and these frequencies are like in
Alpha Monks
digitally enhanced. Overtones are somehow always, whether they are
created by the human voice or by an
instrument such a
Tibetan Bowl, very beneficial for the the meditative and
relaxing
listener.

Shennai & Harp
This track (I must confess) was not
made in the usual spontaneous and rather unconscious stream of
creativity in which most music is born. It was created out of a
concept.
The thought is that
peace and harmony is an outcome of the ability to see and embrace
opposites and polarities
in a space of unity. And when you see this truth and add
a little
sense of humor: what could
be more opposite that the shrill sound of the Indian
Shennai and an
angelical harp?
So my humble suggestion is that you, before listening
to this track, consciously make
a firm resolve of conceiving all the shrill contradictions
in your
post modern world within a feeling of Unity. And this inner container is
made strong with the following two wings:
Compassion and humor.
It is more important to laugh than to reach
Nirvana

World music with
Indian flute
This music is dedicated to:
The destitute people of India
They are for me the most talented. This is not to glorify
poverty but
to point at diamonds in Indian soil polished by bare feet
for
more than 5000 years. This has made dust to DNA,
and thus entering as a divine blueprint through the
lungs of backpackers complaining about
pollution in New Delhi.

Full of Emptiness
One night in Arambol, Goa - in
between the
rythms of the waves - I heard the most wonderfull
strange singing and I thought it was tape music.
But my friend Attila said:
"In Arambol everything is possible!"
So we chased the sounds in between
moon rays and palm trees ending up in a
private house. There we saw and heard
the man now singing on this track.
The Ravanata player
you can hear in a restaurant
in House Khaz in New Delhi.
India is full of emptiness.
And this emptiness can contain
everything, even westernization.
The tune starts in a peaceful classical
mood with Indian tabla. A destitute
10 year old boy plays the castagnettes.

The rickshaw wallah is coming out of his
plastic hut.
He is not looking at his middle class
neighbor nearly
running him down in his new Suzuki Maruti
car.
Instead he lifts a singing face to the sky,
a praise to the Lord - thanks to the creator
In spite of his crippled wife and to many
children with dripping noses.
As a musician I know:
A man who can sing like
this has everything...
Then the wallah drives me to my
destination, trying his level best to cheat
God
in the form of his first customer.

I hope you will enjoy the music!
It is a reflection of my life long love for
